A blend of chilled mango milkshake, mango ice cream, Punjabi Paneer fresh cream, and dry fruits.
Bring the milk to a gentle boil in a pot and let it simmer over low to medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves completely. Remove from heat, let it cool to room temperature, and then chill it for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, reserve half a cup of mango puree. Blend the remaining 3 1/2 cups of chilled mango puree with the chilled milk until you achieve a smooth, thick consistency.
In each serving glass, pour 2 tablespoons of mango puree at the bottom. Next, pour the blended thick mango milkshake into the glasses, filling them to about three-fourths full. Top each glass with a scoop of mango ice cream or vanilla ice cream, and a dollop of Punjabi paneer cream for a unique twist.
For the final touch, garnish with chopped nuts, diced mango pieces, tutti frutti, and glazed cherries. Serve the mango mastani cold for a refreshing treat.
