Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be Cancelled.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be Cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
Subscription Cancellation
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Once the next billing cycle has started, the cancellation will take effect from the following cycle.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account on our website or app and follow the cancellation instructions provided.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
